This Agreement governs your use of the hosting services provided by kcdedicatedhostllc.com ("Company", "we", "us"). By activating or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.
1. Refund Policy
- All Sales Final: We enforce a strict No Refunds policy for all services.
- Exceptions: Refunds are only granted if a service is explicitly marked otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a billing dispute or chargeback will result in immediate account termination.
2. Server Abuse & Security
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Any action that degrades server performance, compromises network security, or intentionally disrupts infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
- Resource Hoarding: You may not run processes that negatively impact other users on our network.
- Immediate Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend any server found abusing resources without prior notice.
3. Prohibited Content and Use Cases
Your server must not host, facilitate, or link to any of the following material or activities:
Media & Adult Content
- Adult Sites: No pornography, adult entertainment, or sexually explicit content of any kind.
- Streaming Sites: No live video streaming, video-on-demand, or audio/radio streaming platforms.
Illegal & Malicious Material
- Warez & Piracy: No hosting, linking to, or distributing cracked software, torrents, or pirated intellectual property.
- Scam & Phishing Sites: No fraudulent websites, phishing pages, or identity theft schemes.
Cryptocurrency & High-Resource Tech
- Crypto Sites: No cryptocurrency mining, blockchain nodes, crypto exchanges, or related digital asset platforms.
4. Storage Hosting Limitations
- No Storage-Only Use: Servers are intended for active hosting utilization only.
- No Backups/Archiving: You may not use our infrastructure as a remote storage drive, personal backup repository, or file-sharing locker.
5. Anti-Spam Policy
- No Email Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPam) from our servers is strictly forbidden.
- IP Blacklisting: If your server causes our IP blocks to be blacklisted, your service will be terminated immediately.
6. Enforcement & Termination
- Violations: Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate service suspension or permanent account termination.
- No Compensation: Accounts terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for any refunds or data recovery.
