Zamfoo is used by some providers to offer master reseller, alpha reseller, or additional reseller hierarchy features. It extends reseller account management beyond standard WHM reseller behavior.
Common concepts
- Reseller: can create cPanel accounts.
- Master reseller: can create reseller accounts, depending on license and policy.
- Ownership: determines which reseller controls an account.
- Limits: disk, bandwidth, account count, package access, and feature permissions.
Caution
Multi-level reseller structures need clear abuse handling, resource limits, and support boundaries. Poorly controlled reseller nesting can create overselling, spam, and accountability problems.
